| Abstract: | Constitutionalism is the result of developing of liberalism, and it is the institution reality of liberalism. In fact, constitutional system is still a freedom system whether the past or the present. Constitutionalism is closely relationship with freedom. Constitutionalism is the inherent requirement of freedom, and freedom is also the essential aim of constitutionalism. |
