初探我国财产申报制度与预防职务犯罪

现代信息社会，经济快速发展，为保障政府的廉洁、高效、公正，各国普遍建立了预防职务犯罪、遏制腐败的法律制度，其中重要内容之一，就是推行公务员财产申报制度。实践证明，它在保障政府廉政建设方面发挥着重要的作用，已成为许多国家从源头遏制腐败的利器。本文试图借鉴国外相关财产申报法律制度与经验，从分析现有干部收入申报制度的利弊角度出发，提出用现代信息公开的手段重整我国财产申报制度以构建财产公开制度并使其法治化的构想，以期对完善我国财产申报和财产公开制度起到抛砖引玉的作用。
