| 摘 要： | 从某地的调查情况看出，当前毒品问题具有毒品犯罪案件增加、犯罪嫌疑人逐年增多，犯罪主体复杂化、低龄化和女性化趋势明显，犯罪组织形式集团化、犯罪心态极为复杂等特点。要从完善立法、群防群治、强化禁毒立法教育、发挥专门机关作用、加强国际合作交流和进行毒品问题研究来治理毒品犯罪问题。
