| Abstract: | The most concerned issue for public is whether laws are justly enforced by the procuratorial, judicial and public security officers and is also the key contents for strengthening the building of the procuratorial, judicial and public security team. In view of ensuring just enforcement of law and strengthening management and education in the procuratorial, judicial and public security team, this thesis states from two aspects the important link for just enforcement of law. |
