Dilemma and Overstepping in Benefit Sharing and Right Protection of Biotechnology

Although the rules of transaction and benefit sharing of biotechnology has been established in international treaties,the reasonable transaction of biotechnology faces difficulty,due to different interests of nations,uncertainty of words of rules,high standard of intellectual protection.It is difficult in realizing the established rights of developing countries.It is likely a good way to reform the rules,to consider the international justice and for the developing counties to take actively part in negotiating international rules and improve the skills of negotiation.
