“检察官后语”论

“检察官后语”是近十年来人民检察院为了配合检察文书改革而进行的一种探索和尝试。但其推出后，似乎背离了其设置与改革的初衷，并没有得到预期的、一致的支持与喝彩；司法实践中，在经历了一段短暂的“繁荣”以后，正在逐渐地淡出人们的视野，这其中所暴露出的一些弊端以及反映出的一些问题值得我们深思。

Theory of "Language after the Public Procurator"

＂Language after the public procurator＂ is a kind of exploration which the people＇ s procuratorate has carfled on in order to cooperate with the document reform of procurat. But the practice seems to deviate from its establishment and its original intention to reform and has not got anticipated, identical support and cheer after putting out. Fading out in people＇ s visual field gradually now, some questions exposed about them are worth our thinking deeply.
