| 摘 要： | 党的十六届四中全会提出构建社会主义和谐社会,这表明我国建设进入新的时期。如何构建社会主义和谐社会,是人们不断探讨的课题。党中央提出了以人为本、全面、协调,可持续发展的科学发展观。只有坚持科学发展观,才能实现社会更加和谐,构建社会主义和谐社会的目标。

| Abstract: | The belief of constructing harmonious society is advanced in the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, which indicates that our country has entered a new period of the socialist construction. How will we construct harmonious society? The CCP advances to take the Scientific Development View as a guide to construct harmonious society. Only by insisting on the Scientific Development View, can we achieve the aim of constructing harmonious society. |
