| 摘 要： | 近年来青少年违法犯罪现象成上升势头,成为当前影响社会治安的一大顽症。在这些案件中,闲散青少年群体违法犯罪凸显,加强对社会闲散青少年的教育管理工作,预防和减少违法犯罪,是当前青少年教育和保护工作的一个重点,也是社会治安综合治理的一项重要内容。

| Abstract: | There is an increase of juvenile delinquency and has become a knotty problem to social stability. In all this kind of cases, the illegal cases by idle youngsters are more outstanding. So it is a vital part of social stability management to strengthen the work of education and management to the idle youngsters, to prevent and decrease juvenile delinquency. |
