| 摘 要： | 促进男女平等和妇女发展是构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,因此在当前和谐社会背景下,应该重视妇女工作。妇女在社会主义建设中做出了巨大的贡献,但是由干历史的社会的客观原因和妇女自身的某些因素,妇女工作面临着许多问题需要解决。本文对于如何搞好妇女工作提出了一些对策。
