| Abstract: | The offence of splitting the state is a serious crime threatening the state security. But the study on it is very poor. With the provisions in Criminal Law and judicial practice, the thesis makes deep study on some fundamental problems such as the constitutional characters, differences between offences and forms of numbers of offences of the offence of splitting the state. |
