Study on the Philosophy Source of Postmodern Jurisprudence Thoughts |

| Abstract: | The essay is designated to probe into the philosophical and legal theories of such great postmodern minds as Foucauh, Lyotard, Derrida and Rorty, and their impact on legal research, through the interrelated study of philosophy and law so as to reveal the philosophical foundation of postmodern jurisprudence, and thus deepening the understanding of the newly-born school of jurisprudence. |
