Theoretical Logic in Evolution of Russia’s Development Strategy

The evolution of Russia’s socio-economic development strategy consists of two aspects,namely,the history of adjustment and inherent logic.Succession of Russia’s economic structure is the historical starting point to analyze problems while on the other hand the inherent rule of economic development is theoretical logic for adjusting economic development strategies.As fundamental institutional protection for economic modernization,the improvement of market economy system is more important than innovation in technology and techniques.It not only enhances efficiency in resource allocation but also puts forward requirements for a market-augmenting government in ensuring efficient functioning of market economic system.As a result,the country’s overall modernization has been promoted.
