| 摘 要： | 维护公共利益是检察机关赖以存在和发展的根基。检察机关在行使公诉裁量权时必须遵循公共利益标准。我国有必要在参考和借鉴国外经验的基础上,建立和完善公诉裁量的公共利益标准。
