| 摘 要： | 社会治安防控体系的运行机制是社会治安防控体系的核心,建立科学规范的社会治安防控的运行机制是构建社会治安防控体系的重要内容。根据动态环境下的社会治安防控体系建设的目标要求,必须建立完善信息预警导控机制、快速反应机制、治安管控机制、巡逻防范机制、效能评估机制等五大机制。
