| 摘 要： | 党的十六大以来,胡锦涛在坚持毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民教育思想的基础上,从新世纪新阶段新任务的高度,就教育指导思想、主要任务、重要原则等问题作出了一系列新的论断,对促进教育公平,提高教育质量,推动教育事业科学发展,对加快从教育大国向教育强国、从人力资源大国向人力资源强国迈进,起到了极大的推动作用。
