| 摘 要： | 国务院最近原则通过了《关于支持福建省加快建设海峡西岸经济区的若干意见》，表明发展海西升至战略高度，两岸全方位产业合作成为可能。新形势下福建省应当把握新机遇，面对新挑战，充分发挥自身独特优势，扎实推进闽台农业产业对接，实现海峡西岸经济区的迅速崛起，为祖国统一大业奠定基础。
