| 摘 要： | 当前，西部大开发正处在承前启后、深入推进的关键时期，我省应牢牢把握中央深入实施西部大开发战略的历史性机遇，紧紧嗣绕建设贵州旅游经济强省的战略目标，主动思考、超前谋划，在争取国家支持和帮助的基础上，着力推动我省旅游经济发展方式转变，积极调整旅游经济结构，切实解决好旅游基础设施建设瓶颈制约，不断创新旅游体制机制，努力开创我省旅游经济发展的新局面。
