中国金融产业集群环境支持能力的区域分布特征分析——基于31个省（市、自治区）的数据

该文构建了中国金融产业集群的环境支持指标体系,并通过主成分和聚类方法分别分析了金融产业集群环境支持能力大小和结构的区域分布特征。结果显示,总量资源,人均资源和开放资源共同支持了中国金融产业集群的形成;金融产业集群的环境支持能力在结构上可以分为友好型、政府型、市场型和滞后型四类。金融产业集群环境支持能力和结构均在地理上呈现出板块性特征。该文提出,政府在保证总体经济增长情况下,要加强金融改革,发展＂普惠＂信息产业,完善内陆沿边省份跨境合作机制;在区域政策方面应当依照板块,对属同一板块的省份进行统一的金融政策指导,并对属于不同结构的区域采取差异性的政策。

On the Plate Characteristics of Financial Agglomeration in China

This paper structures a system and abstracts twelve factors to analyze the plate characteristic of finance agglomeration in China. Based on factor and cluster analysis,the result shows that the gross resource,per capita resource and opening resource are the main factors influencing the financial agglomeration. Moreover,it concludes that the supportive abilities and structures are with plate characteristics. Hence the development of information industry and the expansion of opening up of inland area are necessary,and the government should make policy guidance according to plates but not the origin administrative divisions.
