新时代工会干部培训的定位和特点

随着工会改革不断推进,工会干部培训也必须与时俱进、不断创新,在工会改革的过程中完成自身变革,打造高素质的工会干部队伍。本文论述了工会干部培训"准、高、实"的定位要求,指出当前工会干部培训逐渐呈现出"三个统一"的特点,并从培训体系构建、培训布局优化、加强内涵建设和信息化建设等四个方面具体阐述在实践中推进新时代工会干部培训工作。

Reflections on the Training of Trade Union Cadres in the New Era

In recent years, with the continuous promotion of trade union reform, the transformation of trade union cadre training becomes increasingly prominent. In the new era, the training of trade union cadres must keep pace with the time and keep innovating. In the process of trade union reform, we should complete our own reform and build up a high-quality contingent of cadres of trade unions. This paper mainly studies the positioning and characteristics of the current training of trade union cadres, and expounds how to improve the quality and level of cadre training in practice from the aspects of training system, training layout, connotation construction and information construction.
