| Abstract: | ＇Cultural consciousness＇, proposed by Mr. Feixiaotong who is China＇s famous socialist, is more significant in Ningxia＇s southern mountain areas, putting forward higher requirement for rural culture service and administrative innovation. The Party and government should positively promote them in poor areas under such the circumstance. |
