| 摘 要： | 2002年11月,《中国—东盟自由贸易区框架协议》的签署,标志着中国—东盟自由贸易区建设的正式启动。云南省由于与东盟国家中的老挝、缅甸、越南接壤,陆上边界线4060公里,流经该省的澜沧江又通过它的下游湄公河与泰国、柬埔寨相连。因而,特殊的地理位置使云南被置身于贸易区建设的前沿,这既是难得的机遇,又是一个严峻的挑战。云南作为一个农业大省,农业在国民经济中占有突出的地位,全省人口的74%分布在农村,工业原料的70%来自于农业①。所以,加强同东盟国家的农业合作对云南省经济的发展有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。东盟10国中除了新加坡…

| Abstract: | The Establishment of China ASEAN Free Trade Area is endowed with the chance for the cooperation in agriculture between Yunnan province of China and ASEAN, but how to cooperate is an important issue. The paper analyses the competitiveness and complement in their trade of agricultural products, natural resources and their industrial foundation, agricultural investment and their cooperation in agricultural technology and then provides measures for Yannan. |
