Criminal Phenomenon Ontology：A kind of Methodology

Criminal phenomenon ontology can be comprehended from three aspects such as clear and definite domain of discourse, background of discipline construction and narrow definition of criminal causes. Existence criminology in this field shows consciousness of problems and original academic creativeness. Over this theory did the academic critique just begin and there are some divergences. It is expected that such critique should included the following issues ： comprehension and critique, comparison of criminology knowledge hierarchy between China and western countries and how to advance the theory. Overall, we should reflect on criminal phenomenon ontology from the perspective of methodology.
