| 摘 要： | 新加坡警队优质高效的服务在世界享有盛名,在经历了创建、完善、综合竞争力全面提升3个阶段后,形成了作业精细、管理正规、警力多元、公共关系良好的警务特点,为中国(上海)自由贸易试验区的警务实践创新从优化服务管理模式、完善公共关系建设、强化辅助警察作用、推进配套警务法规出台四个方面提供了有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | Singapore Police Force is world -famous for its efficient services with high quality. Experiencing three stages of development ： establishment, improvement, developing of comprehensive competitiveness, Singapore Police Force has formed four policing characteristics： meticulous process, standardization management, multiple structure of man power, and excellent public relations. Singapore Police Force offered inspirations and references for the innovation of policing mode in China （Shanghai） Free Trade Area in four aspects ： optimize service management model, perfect the public relations, intensify the role of auxiliary police, and speed up the process of supporting regulations and policies. |
