| Abstract: | From the angle of criticizing the theoretical and institutional defects concerning burden of proof in China, these authors determine that we should draw lessons from the common law’s theory and regime related to burden of proof that are characteristic of proceeding phases so as to reconstruct China’s theory and institutions concerning burden of proof. |
