| Abstract: | We surveyed 76 police officers through questionnaires and interview, to check their job satisfaction degree. We analyzed the data and obtained the actuality of police officer's job satisfaction. We also found some problems within this aspect and gave the reasons. On the basis of analysis we pointed out some measures to improve the job satisfaction of police officer. |
