社会主义行政道德建设的三个维度

社会主义行政道德本质上而言是民主道德。其建设包括以行政道德的法制化为特征的制度伦理建设;以民主的道德化为内容的道德规范建设;以民主道德的社会化为途径的舆论建设。这三方面相互作用、互相统一,共同构成社会主义行政道德建设的基本框架体系,并在此基础上形成了相应的民主道德的运行机制。

The Three Dimensions of the Construction in Socialism Administration Morals

In essence, the socialism administrative morals is democratic morals. It's construction include three parts. The first is system - ethics construction whose character is administractive morals' legalization. The second is morals standard construction whose content is democracy' s moralization. The third is public opinion construction whose way is democratic morals' socialization. They are interaction and interintegration. They make up the basic system of socialism administration moral comstruction. Based on them we will form morals running system.
