| 摘 要： | 自1978年以来,我国农村剩余劳动力开始了大规模转移。数以千万计的农民流入城市寻求就业机会。这种现象对我国社会产生了重大影响。本文就劳动力转移进城的现状,农村劳动力进城就业的作用以及影响我国农村人口向城市转移的因素等问题进行了研究。

| Abstract: | Since 1978,our country surplus rural labor has begun to change in large scale.The number flows into a city with by all means external peasant exploring job openings.This phenomenon has produced significant effect to our country society.Labour force problem such as the effect changing the current situation,rural labor going into town going into town obtaining employment and the factor that the population affecting our country rural area changes to the city has carried out the main body of a book right away studying. |
