发展新型流通业态 推进农村流通现代化

党的十七届三中全会明确提出，“开拓农村市场，推进农村流通现代化”。这不仅是解决农村流通不畅的关键之举，也是发展现代农业和加快形成城乡一体化格局绕不过去的重要任务。推进农村流通现代化，必须加大农村流通设施建设的支持力度；坚持政府引导和农民自愿；实现连锁化、网络化、信息化；做好网点的选择和规划；做到城乡统筹相互促进；建立相应的考核监督制度。

Developing New Circulation Industry and Advancing Rural Circulation Modernization

The third session of the 17th national congress of the CPC pointed out that. we should develop the rural market and advance the rural circulation modernization, which is not only the key of solving the impedance of the rural circulation, also the important task of developing modern agriculture and the integrating pattern of the urban and the rural. To advance the rural circulation modernization, it must enlarge the support for the building of the rural circulation facilities, adhere to the principle of government＇ s direction and farmer＇ s will, realize the chain - like, network and information management, make the urban and the rural mutually promoted, and estabhsh the corresponding system of appraisal and supervision.
