| 摘 要： | 如何促进农民的政治参与，这是近代中国任何力图有所作为的政治力量面临的一个极具挑战性的问题。文章分析了1947—1949年农民在土地改革中的政治参与状况，指出其积极型参与和消极型参与相结合的特点，并揭示出了这一问题的现实启示和意义。

On the basis of analysis of the situation of peasant＇s political participation in land reform in 1947 - 1949, the paper points out its character of union of positive participation and negative participation and reveals its enlightenment and significance. |
