To ensure national grain security under the condition of promoting the coordinated development among regions, we, based on the fact that the tense situation between supply of and demand for grain will continue to exist for a long time and the pattern of acute structural contradiction, should improve the synthesis production capacity of grain and the initiative of farmer＇ s planting grain, improve the policy of subsiding grain, reasonably use the worlds market to adjust domestic demand, and effectively control the scale of grain import.
