| 摘 要： | 在干部教育培训中，社会实践教学资源建设对于贯彻理论联系实际的马克思主义学风、实现特色办学和按需施教、创新教学方式、形成和发展干部教育培训的“延安模式”，都具有重要的现实价值。基于以上原因，社会实践教学资源建设必然以挖掘教育主题和确立课程形态、完善师资队伍、建立合作双赢的共建机制以及增强学院文化软实力为诉求目标。

| Abstract: | In cadre＇s education and training, building of teaching resource for social practice has great practical value for thoroughly applying the Marxism studying style of integrating theory with practice, realizing the Academy＇s characteristics, teaching according the need, innovating the teaching ways and developing the Yan＇an pattern. Therefore, it is inevitable for the building of teaching resource for social practice to aim at digging the education theme, establishing the subject shape, consummating the teacher staff, building the system of collaboration and win -win and enhancing the Academy＇s soft power. |
