| 摘 要： | 中国特色社会主义文化建设机制，是文化发展和建设规律所确立的运行规范和约束方式，其价值取向表现为“四个有利于”。一是有利于完善社会主义核心价值体系；二是有利于优化两个“对接”；三是有利于体现突出“三个特色”；四是有利于坚持“四个应用”。

| Abstract: | The cuhure construction system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the standard and restraint based on the law of culture construction and development. Its value orientation is as following it is advantaeous in consuming socialism core value, in optimizing two connections, in emphasizing three characteristics and upholding four aspects of applying. |
