| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国在民主政治建设方面取得了诸多成就，初步架构了中国特色民主政治的理论框架，在基层民主、党内民主和政治体制改革等方面取得了实质性突破。同时，民主政治建设中也存在诸如认识上的误区，重形式民主、轻实质民主，发展不均衡等问题，当前必须立足我国国情，积极稳妥地沿着中国特色民主政治之路推进我国政治文明建设。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up, China has achieved great success in developing democratic politic and the theoretical frame of socialism politic with Chinese characteristics has preliminarily been built, in which essential breakthrough has been achieved in basic democracy, inner - party democracy and reform of political system. At the same time, there exists mistaken knowledge in building of democracy politic, such as focusing on the form democracy and ignoring the essential democracy, development unbalance, etc,. It is needed to positively and stably push forward the building of China＇s political civilization. |
