| 摘 要： | 本文以劳动力转移为参照系，将改革进程划分为起步、深化和战略调整三个阶段，回顾了改革30年来工农城乡关系的变迁，揭示出真正能够促成工农城乡融合的机遇来自农产品需求弹性的变化、农业技术的进步以及国家强大的意志力。

| Abstract: | The paper, referring to the transfer of labor force, divides the reform process into three phases： starting, deepening and strategic adjustment. Reviewing the vicissitude of the relationships between industry and agriculture, urban and rural in 30 years, the paper reveals that the chance of advancing the integration of industry and agriculture, urban and rural will come from the change of elasticity of demand for the agricultural product, the progress of agricultural technology and the state ＇ s strong willpower |
