| 摘 要： | 当前,经济犯罪增多,并日趋智能化和职业化。经济犯罪侦查部门如仍沿用刑事侦查的普通侦查手段,已很难适应当前经侦工作的要求。因而,经侦部门必须拥有一套自己的专门技术性侦查手段。只有这样,才能更加有力地打击经济犯罪,维护社会主义市场经济的稳定和繁荣。

| Abstract: | Financial crime has increased and became intellectization and specialization.It is hard for financial crime investigation departments to meet the current investigation requirements if they continue to use common investigation techniques.Therefore,they must have their own special investigation tech-niques.Only in this way can they attack financial crime more forcefully and safeguard the stability and prosperity of socialist market economy. |
