农村群体性事件中的“灰黑”势力及其治理

近年来,宗族势力、黑恶势力、邪教势力、封建迷信势力等灰色势力不断染指农村群体性事件。或是制造矛盾,或是出谋划策,或是红黑勾结,导致群体性事件利益冲突复杂化,矛盾冲突暴力化,行为对抗组织化。为此,必须建立新型的农村政治诉求机制,打击"灰黑"势力违法行为,提高基层政权公信力,化解基层矛盾纠纷,完善农村群体性事件处置机制等,以遏制"灰黑"势力介入农村群体性事件。
