| Abstract: | The ideological and political work must adhere to reality, close to life, close to the masses. The Trade Unions should propaganda the masses, mobilize the masses, guide and educate the masses, help and serve for the masses, fully mobilize the broad masses of staff to actively participate telecom reform and the development of the cause of action. |
