| 摘 要： | 计算机犯罪是一个全社会普遍关注的问题。利用计算机技术的各种犯罪,严重危害着社会的稳定;遏制和打击计算机犯罪,进一步完善我国计算机犯罪的立法体系刻不容缓。文章针对我国计算机的犯罪问题和法律现状,提出一些遏制计算机犯罪的法律对策。
