| 摘 要： | 近年来，受高等职业教育哲学的影响，监狱学人才培养领域出现了“工科崇拜”迹象。监狱工作的独特之处在于它是一种围绕着“人一人”关系展开的活动，所以，马丁·布伯的“我一你”关系哲学对于反思监狱学专业人才培养具有重要意义。“厚基础、宽口径、广适应”这一普通高等教育的人才培养价值定位更适合监狱学专业的特征。

| Abstract: | In recent years,under the influence of the philosophy of higher vocational education,engineering-worship features talents training of penology.The practice of correction is a person-to-person relation activity.So Martin Buber’s thoughts of "I and You" is very important in reflecting talents training of penology.The value proposition of general higher education,"Thick base,wide-bore and extensive adaptation",is more suitable for talents training of penology. |
