| Abstract: | The obligation conflict,being one of the acts of removing irregularities, is a realm full of controversy in west criminal law circle. The criminal law scholars of our country hardly set foots in the question. Meanwhile, in the researching means, the criminal law scholars always regard the question as a static thing. They didn't think of it in line with the solidly dynamic relationship between the acts according to the condition of crime and the acts of removing irregularities. We try to expound the question in a new way. |
