| 摘 要： | 侦查线索的显现与价值体现是一种侦查工作理念。侦查线索的本质价值在于其对刑事破案活动的实用意义 ,侦查线索是侦破刑事案件的基础。在刑事案件中 ,侦查线索广泛存在 ,但并非都是显而易见的。侦查线索的显现是实现侦查线索价值的第一步 ,在侦查活动中使侦查线索的价值在刑事案件侦破过程中得以充分体现 ,进而揭露、证实犯罪 ,才是真正地实现了侦查线索的价值。

| Abstract: | The manifestation and value embodiment of investigative clues are an idea of investigative work.The value of investigative clues which are the foundation of solving criminal cases lies in its practical meaning to the solvement of criminal cases.All of the clues that probably widely exist is not obvious.The manifestation of the clues is the first step,then it can help to reveal and proof the crime,so as to embody completely the value of investigative clues. |
