| 摘 要： | 电子政务的发展滞后已经成为社会信息化进程中的一个瓶颈问题。我国电子政务的发展还处于起始阶段,还仍存在诸多不完善。本文拟对我国电子政务运行的现状进行实证研究,通过分析制约电子政务发展的主要因素,提出一系列解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | It's a bottleneck that the development of E-government is lagging during the period of social informanization.Chinese E-government is at the phase of beginning and yet not consummated in many ways.This article raises a series of countermeasures to the questions after analyzing the main factors restraining the development of E-government,and researching positively the present situation of running of Chinese E-government. |
