| 摘 要： | 文章认为，警察礼仪作为一种文化形态，按其逻辑层次结构分为警察礼仪的表层物质文化、显性行为文化、中层管理文化、深层精神文化。警察礼仪的文化从内容上讲包括：仪容仪表文化、仪态文化、礼仪文化。警察礼仪文化功能包括沟通与调节的功能、警民和谐与执法文明的功能、文化传承与礼仪教化的功能。警察礼仪是一种实践性很强的行为文化，需要用动态管理的理念去建设它。

| Abstract: | Taking police etiquette as a cultural form, the article gives an analysis of the cultural connotation and hierarchical structure of police etiquette, and the main participators and content of police etiquette cultural activities. And finally, the article also gives an explanation of the cultural functions of this etiquette and some good tips on how tO dynamically cultivate police etiquette culture. |
