| Abstract: | With the large system reform as the guide, a new round of government reform formally starts. Reflecting the ideal of scientific development concept, the large system reform is the new perspective of political system reform of China which is basic guarantee of its success. Thus, the large system reform should be cautiously promoted, which shows china＇ s government reform will still shoulder heavy responsibilities. |
