| 摘 要： | 罪名是根据犯罪行为的性质和特征所规定的犯罪的名称。我国《刑法》中拟制的一批罪 名,总的情况是好的。但尚存在不足之处:有些罪名字数较多,可识别性程度不够,概括性不强。

| Abstract: | A charge is the name of the crime regulated by the nature and feature of the crime . the simulation charges in china criminal law are appropriate on the whole , but the defects are clear:the name of some charge are too long in writing ,which is difficult to recognize, and poor for summary. |
