青年干部腐败的特点、成因及其治理

面对日益复杂的市场经济环境，少数青年干部经不起种种诱惑和考验，利用手中的权力，进行权权交易、权色交易、权钱交易，究其原因主要是：“自我意识”畸形发展、“原我”缺乏制约地释放、个性心理发展尚未成熟等。现实使我们认识到，按照科学发展观的要求，必须对青年干部加强权力观教育，不断完善监督制约机制．提高监督效能，同时，要加大腐败成本，使青年干部不敢腐败。
