| 摘 要： | 近几年来，手机短信诈骗案件持续多发，犯罪手段不断翻新。给手机用户的财产安全带采了极大的危害。本文在分析归纳手机短信诈骗案件特点的基础上，从严格手机号码申请制度、加强对短信数据传送的监控、严密对银行账户及汇款的监控三个方面对防范手机短信诈骗案件的措施进行了探讨。
