Economic Globalization and Development of International Economic Law

First of all, the article redefines globalization of world economy.Then the article analyzed the trends of the development International Economic Law(IEL), such as: the reinforcing of unification trend of IEL including; the trend of linkage and mutual influence on each other between IEL and international law in other fields; the increasingly integration of IEL and domestic economic law; the diversity of the law-making institutions of IEL; the emergence of soft laws and etc.
