| 摘 要： | 目前博客在我国不断发展,它在为我们带来新的网络天地的同时,也带来很多负面的社会问题。博客空间的虚拟性弱化了道德规范;博客信息多元化导致道德信念的迷失;博客作者的隐蔽性、匿名性导致了人格的异化。网络取证的特点:网络取证的对象是网络数据包;网络取证是动态的;网络取证有时是分布式的。
