| Abstract: | The Equality Principle is the basic priciple of the Civil Law.The article illustrates the principle of equality for the contract,which summarized the rich content of equality in our country＇s contract law.In order to expound the principle of equality in the contract law from all aspects,the practical significance and important role in judicial practice of equality are discussed as well. |
